Fixes and improvements:
General:
| • | Crash when SpecView heavily loaded has been addressed |
| • | Position Dynamics do not work correctly on Booleans that are a 'bit from a status word' and more than one bit is on |
| • | Added 3 new Math Functions: Power, Log10 and LogE. These only work on variables of type 'Number'. Power takes the top 2 parameters, the Logs only use the top one |
| • | Memory leak when using some Text (String) variables from Instruments has been fixed |
| • | Restoring a Project from a memory stick used to operate as if using old fashioned floppies (asking for the first disk) |
| • | Setting up Color Dynamics would not work for some data types in some cases and also would not work in Edit Mode Online if the COM port could not be opened |
| • | The Event Log now records normal exits properly |
Licensing:
| • | Licensing could not handle a hardware change before Activation |
| • | If the Local is within 31 days of a Check-In, then the Remotes will now display a message both at connection and also every week until Check-In |
Trend Charts:
| • | After a Trend Chart had been back-filled threads were being left over, causing SpecView to take several seconds to exit |
| • | When the computer time was moved forward, Trend Charts in Historical Replay display incorrectly requiring a SpecView to be restarted |
| • | When a 'No Scroll' Trend Chart is cleared because of a batch tag change, it defaulted to 30s which could overload comms |
| • | Trend Charts could overload comms, causing 19117 when scan rates try to go below 1/10th second |
| • | If the path for 'Print to JPG' did not exist, the warning box was a 'modal dialog box' which stopped Trend Charts from plotting their pen lines |
Recipes:
| • | Early implementation of 'Recipe Send To' filtering of destination instrument, see YouTube video: Recipe Send To Filter |
| • | Recipe Import button was grayed unless an existing recipe had been selected |
Strategy Controller:
| • | Copy & paste of an Action gave the copy the same name which meant the Up & Down buttons don't work, had to rename the copied action before they'd work |
| • | The Strategy Controller box can now be resized, which is useful when there are a large number of Strategy Events and/or Actions |
Networking:
| • | Occasional crash with Remote-Local networking has been fixed |
| • | Occasionally when a Remote re-connected after a Local went offline it could cause the Local to crash |
ActiveX:
| • | Crash when a Project using ActiveX had been copied |
Web Server:
| • | The 'page date' in the Web Server was being incorrectly displayed on the 31st of a month |
Modbus:
| • | Modbus driver crash when using UDC2500 and the 18206 error happened a lot due to multiple downloads |
Drivers:
| • | RKC: The file RKC_PF.IVW has now been included in the release |
