The screen-shots below show an example of the setup for the Siemens TIA Portal for S7-1200.

 

This would allow SpecView to communicate with a Siemens S1200 PLC over Modbus/TCP with SpecView's Generic Modbus driver using blocks of 4xHolding registers.
