Remote Support
If your computer is connected to the Internet, then we can quickly and easily help you with SpecView Technical Support issues, by taking control of your computer using SpecView Remote Support. Only run this application when instructed by SpecView's Technical Support staff.
This is totally secure (see below), requires no installation or configuration by you or your IT department, and will allow us to help you in the quickest possible way.
When instructed by SpecView's Technical Support staff, run the Remote Support application from the Help menu:

And tell us the ID and Password.
We will then be able to take control of your computer, so you can sit back & watch what we do, whilst discussing the problem by phone to reach a quick resolution.
Security
The SpecView QuickSupport application is completely secure because:
| • | It is only active when you run it - no files are installed on your computer that would allow any one else to get in without your knowledge. |
| • | The ID is unique to your PC. |
| • | The password is valid for this session only, and will be different the next time you run the program. |
| • | The TeamViewer System is managed by secure encrypted servers owned by the TeamViewer company. |
